Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to refund a voucher within 30 days of purchase as long as the voucher is unused.
The refund period starts from the purchase date.
As long as the product has not been delivered, return is possible at any time.
Once you or your recipient has redeemed your voucher with a supplier you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of purchase.
All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the voucher, directly to the card used to make the purchase.
Refunds generally take between 5 to 10 working days to appear in the customer’s account used for purchase.
